High temp PTZ housings

Question:
We have a customer wanting to install 2 PTZ domes under a vent a hood to show cooking demos on a large flat screen tv (22 foot hood with 2 grills & 2 stoves). Can not seem to find a camera that is suited for high temp enviroment. Can you help?
Answer:You would need to use a PTZ with an outdoor housing in that situation.
As to how well it would work in that environment you would really need to test it.
If it is up in the hood and not close to the stove it might be ok.
You could have some issues with condensation inside the housing though in that type of environment but typically the outdoor housings are built to handle a variety of extremes.
Hope that helps,
Thanks,
